Among the oil´s organoleptic characteristics, the strong flavour of the dominant Picual variety stands out, but this is diluted by the Lucio and Loaime and secondary varieties, which introduce fresh aromas, reminiscent of fruits, and a sweet flavour and more golden tinges.
