Example

this moment onwards the olives move on to the weight control system of the corresponding batch, by means of continuous weighing machines. At this point a representative sample is usually taken for the analytical control of moisture, total or partial oil contents, estimated industrial yield, acidity and sensory characteristics in production, in order to be able to assess the batch.
