a machine used for milling that crushes olives by means of hammer-shaped blades fixed to fast-spinning disks.

Example

For milling we use a stainless steel hammer mill. Some traditionalists still use a stone wheel to crush the olives but we think that our hygiene standards can not be achieved by using a stone wheel crusher.
