A specific type of virgin olive oil of high quality and with organoleptic defects perceptible only by olive oil expert tasters. Generally, it preserves its antioxidant and salubrious components, although it no longer has its full aroma and taste. It is of a highest gastronomic and nutritional quality.

Example

The experience gained by operators and administrations in this matter allows making the labelling of the origin compulsory for extra virgin and virgin olive oil.
